Returns & Refunds Policy

Grocery orders (SHOPEEY)
– Non-perishable items: 14 days from delivery to return for refund or exchange
– Perishable items (fruit, veg, dairy, meat): no return unless faulty
– Faulty or incorrect items: full refund + return postage covered
Used vehicles (KAASS Auto)
– No cooling-off period for vehicles collected in person
– Distance sales (delivered): 14-day right to reject (you pay return transport)
– Any warranty is separate
How to return
Email support@mail.kaass.co.uk with order number and reason. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
