By using kaass.co.uk, SHOPEEY, or purchasing vehicles/services from KAASS Auto & Transport, you agree to these terms.

1.1 You must be 18+ or have parental consent.

1.2 You agree not to misuse the site (no hacking, scraping, spam, illegal content).

2.1 Contract

A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

2.2 Pricing & payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, but not after you have placed an order.

2.3 Delivery

– Delivery slots are estimates

– Risk passes to you on delivery

– Perishable goods cannot be returned (except if faulty)

2.4 Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel grocery orders (except perishable items). Contact support@mail.kaass.co.uk.

3.1 All used vehicles are sold as seen unless a separate warranty is purchased.

3.2 Title passes on full payment and collection/delivery.

3.3 Finance is subject to status and separate finance agreement.

5.1 We are not liable for indirect losses.

5.2 Total liability for grocery orders is limited to the order value.

5.3 Vehicle liability is limited to the purchase price.

England & Wales. Disputes can be submitted to alternative dispute resolution or courts.
